Ntrinsx Temperament Assessment – Understanding Behavior

The success of every organization is dependent on how well the people are aligned to the business – and to each other. We are all unique individuals. We don’t all hold the same values so we don’t behave the same way. To be most effective, people need to understand and respect the intrinsic values of others they engage with.

Pre-assessment: All participants will complete the Ntrinsx assessment and learn how to use social intelligence tools to understand how to interact with their coworkers. We will explore the behaviors that impact leadership, not just conceptually, but specifically as it relates to the intrinsic values, strengths and personality of each individual.

Session Overview: Participants will learn how to interpret their own results and begin to relate to the temperament of their subordinates and others they engage with in the business. Participants will not only gain new respect for their subordinates, but this session will begin a natural process that will instill respect, based on understanding, within the culture.

Essential Skills of Leadership

While it may seem that management skills come naturally to some people, in reality management is a set of skills which can be learned. Perhaps the most important part of developing new managers is giving them opportunities to develop key management skills, empowering them to take charge of their professional development, and providing chances for them to apply what they have learned.

Coaching and Developing Others

One of the most important tasks for Supervisors and Managers is coaching their employees. For many, it is also one of the most dreaded.  The ability to effectively coach employees and help them attain the desired level of performance and/or development is often the difference between a successful or unsuccessful Manager or Supervisor.
